I’ve been hearing all day about Aaron Franklin’ debut last night on BBQ Pitmasters (on the Destination American channel, aka Planet Green Network). I doubt it’s a great venue to learn a lot about Franklin, his gentle-yet-determined demeanor and the resulting glory that satisfies legions of food fans.
This clip from Southern Living does a far better job showing Frankllin (and a number of other great pitmasters).
